Objectives

To tackle in-work poverty and economic disadvantages by supporting people aged 25 years and over, working in low paid, part-time or zero-hour contract jobs, to find better paid work and careers.

Notable Achievements

• 165 clients accessed IAG through 1-2-1 support, training and referrals (target = 150).

• 58 clients feel they have benefited from training and support to manage money better (e.g. Money Matters and Debt Advice) (target = 105).

• 72 clients feel independent and better able to access better work and are moving off benefits (target = 70).
