A 6-month Employment and Entrepreneurship Project for 25 ethnic minority women (ages 25-49 yrs old) who are unemployed or economically inactive but with permission to work in the UK, including unpaid carers and parents, identified as further away from the labour market due to social and economic disadvantages.

25 participants, 5 gaining employment, 4 moving into education or training
